For many items, we provide digital previews or mockups at checkout. For highly customized or bulk orders, we’re happy to send you a design proof upon request before final production.
Production times typically range from 3–7 business days, depending on the product. Shipping time depends on your location and selected shipping method. During peak seasons (like holidays), please allow a little extra time.
If you need to change your personalization details or shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.
Because our products are custom-made, we typically don’t accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or there’s a mistake on our part, we’ll gladly replace or remake it at no cost to you.
